Well Informed Citizens have released their Swindlers and Thieves EP April 19, 2014. In contrast to their last long-player, Leaders of the Revolution, featuring contributions from over 15 different players, the new record explores the challenges of writing, recording, and performing as a trio. Influenes of Dire Straits, Gary Clark Jr., Anders Osborne, and Grant Green can be heard. The album is released on Jack LeTourneau and Daniel Nathan's Citizen Recordings label.

Leaders of the Revolution, released Sept 3rd, 2013, was nominated for several 2013 88.9 Radio Milwaukee's "Milwaukee Music Awards": Best Band, Best Album, and "Sweet Maria" for Best Song and Catchiest Song.
